The layout

Open-concept living, dining and kitchen with a quartz island and electric fireplace. South-east facing balcony with gas BBQ overlooks the courtyard. Primary bedroom has a king and ensuite. Two more bedrooms each have a queen. The living room sofa converts to a queen bed for kids or a fifth couple.

Kitchen

Full-size fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (drip + pod), toaster, kettle, blender. Enough plates, glassware and cookware to host a proper mountain dinner for 8.

Building amenities

Heated shared pool and hot tub (open year-round), elevator, secure entry, ski/bike storage, and underground heated parking. Self check-in via smart lock — no waiting around.

How many guests can the condo sleep?
Up to 8. There are 3 bedrooms — one king, two queens — plus a queen pull-out sofa in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms.
How far is the condo from Canmore and Banff?
It's in Dead Man's Flats, about 10 minutes east of Canmore on the Trans-Canada and roughly 20 minutes to the Banff park gate. Calgary airport (YYC) is about an hour away.
Is there a pool and hot tub?
Yes. The building has a heated shared pool and hot tub, both open year-round, plus an exercise room with cardio equipment.
Is parking included?
One heated underground stall is included with the condo, and there's visitor surface parking on site for a second vehicle.
What's the check-in process?
Self check-in with a smart lock. You'll get the door code and directions before arrival, so you can come and go on your own schedule.
Is the kitchen fully equipped for longer stays?
Yes — full-size fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, drip and pod coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, and cookware and place settings for 8. There's also in-suite laundry.
Are pets allowed?
No, the condo is not pet-friendly. This keeps it comfortable for guests with allergies.
Is it suitable for a winter ski trip?
It is. There's ski and bike storage in the building, heated underground parking so you're not scraping windshields, and Nakiska is about 30 minutes away with Sunshine and Lake Louise within an easy drive.
Is there Wi-Fi for remote work?
Yes — fast Wi-Fi throughout, a smart TV, and plenty of seating at the island and dining table if you need to work part of the trip.
